Drink water hourly and have enough celtic sea salt. If you've been forgetting lately, drink two glasses of water before you begin your breathing exercises. Read our water articles for future inspiration/education.

EXERCISE NO.4 RATIO BREATHING.
Continue breathing smoothly, gently, and deeply. To make the inbreath and outbreath equal in length, you can count. For example, In 2 3 4 Out 2 3 4. EXERCISE NO.8 FACE DOWN LOWER BACK BREATHING
Lie face down and practise abdominal breathing. Feel your lower back rising and falling with your breath. Place some phone books or similar on your lower back if it helps. |
