What is it?

S.A.I.N.T.
SUSTAINED ACUPRESSURE
INTENSIVE NUTRITION
THERAPY

WHAT IS IT?
1. In simple and short form, you eat lots of good tucker and food concentrates, and get pushed on for a long time on the hard and sore bits that need it. Then you go back and remember stuff that didn't feel too good, re-experience it, and learn to love, accept, and forgive. It tends to hurt a fair bit and you've got to love that too while you breathe deep and regular and hold still! It is necessary to be gradually willing to change your ways of eating, living, feeling, and thinking. This includes belief systems, prejudices, and attitudes. People learn to help eachother and take gradually increasing responsibility for their own health.
2. S.A.I.N.T. is a system of mutual and self healing. It includes a set of physical, emotional, and mental disciplines. An underlying encompassing attitude of Awareness, Equanimity, Love, Acceptance, Forgiveness, and Gratitude, all of an unconditional nature, is important.

3. S.A.I.N.T. is a method of sustained acupressure which requires an understanding of Intensive Nutrition, anatomical structure, physiological function, emotional and mental processes, and memory, within a framework which includes the €˜Healing Crisis' (see attached page), and the €˜Healing and Disease Process Continuum'.

4. It is therefore recommended that S.A.I.N.T. students write out a chronological medical and personal history (Healing Timeline), starting from before birth if possible, and proceeding through time sequentially up to the present day.

5. To begin learning about Intensive Nutrition visit website
www.westonaprice.org and read Dietary Dangers, Dietary Guidelines, and Characteristics of Traditional Diets. Then come for a visit and learn about some useful dietary extras. This is essential for good results.

6. Certain other lifestyle practices can also then be incorporated into a health and lifestyle program.
7. Iridology, Sclerology, palpation, medical history, postural analysis, and movement testing can be used to indicate pointholding, nutritional, and lifestyle priorities.
8. Our physical bodies are an outer expression of our inner thought processes and emotional patterns.
9. Our crystallized thought and emotional patterns are intimately associated with areas of hardening and restriction in our bodies. In many ways the stubborn areas in our minds and hearts ARE the stubborn areas in our body tissues, and vice-versa.
10. Our resistances and compulsions to the vulnerabilities we can't face, and the ways we protect them, are the crystallizations/hardenings/restrictions in our bodies which prevent them from healing.
11. One or several people (pointholders) can hold points on the person receiving pointholding (pointholdee).
12. These hard areas break down with the sustained acupressure/pointholding and this allows us to re-experience the memories and release them, clearing the blockages in our bodies, hearts, and minds and allowing us to heal.
